First time in my life i had such a government service .It is amazing .Actually i am relocating to Gurgaon .So, due to that i need No Objection Certificate of my bike to get it registered there .In A.P. (Hyderabad) you can get the NOC very easily without paying any bribes .So donot put yourself in the clutch of Agent , here everything is systematic no Need of any Agent .
The proccess which you have to follow to obtain the NOC i.e.
Step 1:-GO to e-seva pay Rs.100 and get a reciept for shifting of vechile .After depositing the money you will get one reciept where your vechile no & address is mentioned .
Step2:-Go to Police Control Room, Nampally. There you will find one DCP office for detective and crime . So , just write an application on the plain paper for the "Clearence of NOC" . And submit it with one xerox copy of RC book and e-seva reciept (Please note that between 12:00PM to 1:00PM you can submit this application) .Then next day go to the same office and get the NOC clearence certificate .
Step 3:-Go to Police commissioner office, Hyderguda. There you will find one DCP office for Traffic. So , just write an application on the plain paper for the "Clearence of NOC" . And submit it with one xerox copy of RC book and e-seva reciept (Please note that between 3:00PM to 4:00PM you can submit this application) .Then next day go to the same office and get the NOC clearence certificate .
Step4:- Go to RTO office and fill form 28 (3 copies) . If you vechile is financed then take the covering letter as well as get stamped on the Fom 28 from the bank.In covering letter they will write that the have no objection in shiting of vechile to any state .Just submit the document with RC (Original) ,Pollution Certificate (Xerox) ,Insurance(Xerox) ,NOC clearence which you obtained from the both the commisioner office .Along with this you have to give Rs. 50 aaaaas service charge .
